  • What should I do if I’m having an asthma attack?

    If you are experiencing a severe asthma attack or trouble breathing, call 911 immediately. For mild to moderate symptoms, follow your asthma action plan and use your prescribed rescue inhaler.

  • How often do I need allergy shots (immunotherapy)?

    Allergy shots are typically given once or twice a week during the build-up phase, then once every few weeks for maintenance. Your doctor will tailor the schedule to your specific needs.

  • Is my medical information kept private?
